Tyson Turns 1

I recently had the privilege of photographing Tyson who turned 1 earlier this month.  He is such a funny little guy.  I've never encountered someone so tiny who is so incredibly serious.  He kept me laughing the whole time.  For this first shot we were getting some pics of him sitting between mom & dad when he decided to take off!  It ended up being one of my favorite pics from the whole session!

 One of the best things about being 1 is all the little details.  Don't you love baby feet?? I can't get enough of them, I love how his toes are all curled up like he's thinking all the way to his toes!  Such a cutie :-)

We thought since it was his birthday, what better way to mark the occasion than with balloons!  He didn't really notice them, but the look cute in the picture :-)

Spring Bridals!

I recently had the honor of photographing my now SIL for her bridals.  She has such a classic beauty and we all thought she resembled an English princess.  Here are a few of her pictures to enjoy.  Isn't she lovely?

Family Photography

I love family photography! I love to see the interaction and dynamic of a family and to be able to capture that through my lens. I'm always so happy with the results. Below are some pics from my latest family shoot. They were adorable and there was so much love between them all.

Valentine's Flowers

So the hubs surprised me with a beautiful bouquet for Valentine's and of course I couldn't help photographing it and because I am me I have to take it a step further and run it through photoshop with a texture overlay. But I love how it turned out almost as much as I loved the flowers themselves!

Doggy Love

I have been blessed to have the most handsome dog on the planet...

See...told ya! He is a true labrador too. Goes crazy over sticks, picks up branches, yes branches from our tree and will not stop until you throw them. Protector, friend, family. I love my dog

Day at the Lake

Took some time to enjoy the unusually nice January weather and took the little one to the lake. You can tell its Oklahoma by the glaring red dirt! Little bit enjoyed running around and the warm sun. Can't wait for spring!

Little girl in a Big Dress

I had been wanting to do this for a while now and I finally got it done! I got the inspiration from Pinterest. There was a post going around about photographing your daughter in your wedding dress when she is little. I have to say, I love the photos and the way they turned out. My daughter loved the dress so much she asked if she could wear it when she gets married (sobs)...It was a fun experience and I recommend it if you have a daughter...Here are my favorite photos from the shoot :-)
